I work primarily through intuition, combined with ThetaHealing®, subconscious belief work, and energetic awareness.
Rather than following a script, each session unfolds based on:

What Happens During a Session
You will be guided into a relaxed, meditative state (theta brainwave), allowing access to the subconscious and energetic layers where long-held patterns are stored.
From this space, we gently:
identify limiting beliefs or emotional imprints
release what no longer serves you
integrate supportive, aligned energetic shifts
You remain fully conscious, present, and in control throughout the session.

Energy is not limited by physical distance.
ThetaHealing® and intuitive energy work are just as effective online as they are in person. Many clients prefer online sessions because they feel safe, relaxed, and more open in their own space.
If you are located in Palm Beach County or willing to travel to West Palm Beach, in-person sessions are also available.
